Tickets purchased online, by phone or in person at the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center Box Office or our affiliates, will be automatically refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 30 days to process. Tickets purchased with cash at the box office will be refunded by check and mailed to the current address on the original purchaser's account. If you do not receive your refund check after 30 days, please Contact Us.
